Theatre Inventory Database Essentials - Lesson 2

There are 4 parts to the Utilities Screen:

1) Company Information

2)  Utilities (General)

3)  Application Titles

4)  Module Utilities

Company Information Utilities are for the Application Setup, Modules (adding / deleting, photo path/directory setups), and Staff names for when the Security is turned on.

Utilities (General) are functions that will work for the entire database - not just specific modules.

Application Titles - These tables hold possible titles that can be selected for the Application, Productions form, etc.

Module Utilities - Each module that is installed has its own set of utility tables and functions.  These Utility forms can be accessed from here or the individual modules.  These Utilities will be covered in each module.
