How to Link an Audio or Video to a Props/Sets record

The Audio and Video files are linked to the Props/Sets records (not embedded) like the Photos.

It would probably be a good idea to set up a folder for Media Files if you don't already have them.

​

Once that is set - you can list that folder for the Media Files to make it easier to find them when you link them to the Props/Sets records.

Go to the Props/Sets records and look at the tabs - and find the Audio/Video Files tab.

Just load the audio or video file like you would a photo.  Watch this video to see how it works.
